Latino BoHo artists and musicians rule in this lyrical love story straight outta LA’s famed Boyle Heights neighborhood. Vincent, an LA street artist meets and falls in love with Chicana tattoo artist Luzy. Their relationship develops despite roadblocks set up by a vengeful lover and the LAPD. The hip and eclectic alt-Latino soundtrack features music by Very Be Careful, Hermanos Herrera, Irene Diaz, and others and the artwork of famed muralist El Mac. The film also features award-winning actress Lupe Ontiveros in her final screen appearance. Director Alberto Barboza -a Northern California premiere.  Enjoy trailer for Cry Now.

Cine+Mas SF celebrates its 6th year of the San Francisco Latino Film Festival, September 19th through the 27th. The SFLFF program includes award winning and critically acclaimed documentary, feature and short films from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Cuba, El Salvador, Peru, Uruguay, Guatemala, Spain and the USA.
