Brava Theater Center will be on semi-hiatus this July as we take time to upgrade lighting and sound equipment throughout our facility (thanks San Francisco Arts Commission for the generous Creative Spaces grant!), plan our reopening, and for a much-needed respite before returning to a full schedule of music, dance, theatre, comedy, you name it, performances!

We’ll have limited offerings in August, including the return of Indómitas live podcast with Chelis López, and improv with Edris Cooper-Anifowoshe and Black Artists Contemporary Cultural Experience. But before then, check out Rotimi Agbabiaka in his film Manifesto, streaming through July 18. And beginning July 20, tune in for our new Artist in Residence profile series on Facebook and Instagram where we’ll be one on one with artists currently creating work at Brava.
