Caught in the Act Cabaret is a live experience of curated live shows that feature a lineup of diverse and extraordinary performers from the Bay Area and beyond in burlesque, belly dance, musical acts, drag, comedy, contortion, spoken word, magic, and much more.
Brava! for Women in the Arts celebrates over 30 years as a professional arts organization dedicated to cultivating the artistic expression of women, LGBTQIA, people of color, youth, and other underrepresented voices.
Together, Caught in the Act Cabaret and Brava! are bringing you one evening of up-close and personal entertainment that you won’t find anywhere else. This is the ultimate intimate experience. Only 50 tickets available!

Frankie Fictitious - world renowned burlesque dancer who has been captivating audiences with her sultry moves for over a decade. Born and raised in a small town outside of San Francisco, Frankie always had a passion for music, dance and performance. She began her career as a traditional dancer but soon found her calling in the art of burlesque.
Shakey Gibson - a performer possessed by the ghosts of every fabulous interpreter of the Great American Songbook and cursed to haunt that empty circus tent down by the river late in the night for eternity. A regular rotating cast & crew member at Hubba Hubba Revue for over 9 years. Shakey has been performing for 3 decades now. Featured in variety/ burlesque shows all over the Bay, Shakey is a radical, queer performance artist with provocative, vintage sass.
Penny PoundCake - a curvy, queer, Bay Area based burly performer who loves to show off her delicious DDs! She is curvy, saucy, delectable, and ready to satisfy your deepest hunger. Be careful though, she is more than a mouthful.
Shiza Minnelli - hailing from the Metropolitan of Morgan Hill This wild and untamed Jewess can been seen schelpping her bush all over the Bay Area. She’s the Chaotic Good we need in this world.
Maria Diploudis - a comedian who is difficult to explain. An enigma wrapped in a riddle, her essence is ethereal. Just when you think you figured her out, she sneaks in the peripheral. But don’t take my word for it, here are some reviews: “What just happened?” “I’m offended but I don’t know why.” “10/10. 10 means bad, right?”
Kemari Ken Harris - choreographer, creative director, model and business owner. Since he was in elementary school and through his high school days, Kemari has been forming dance groups and taking home talent show trophies. Now he teaches, performs, produces, and makes videos that Beyoncé shows on tour. He is looking to make a huge difference in the dance world starting with building confidence and self love in each person he comes across.
Dizzy FromEarlier - the gal who looks great! Both in front and also behind - regular Mstress of Mayhem with the Ruckus and Rumpas Revival and dedicated Stage Lioness for Caught in the Act Cabaret…a true beauty from every angle, and she is, almost always, Dizzy FromEarlier.

Trixie Fou Laurant - founder, producer and creator of Caught in the Act Cabaret and your Hostess with the Almostess
